WHAT YOU'LL DO: 10 Star seeks a Austinite to serve as a dedicated brand/market expert and resource focused on all things brand related. The Brand Ambassador is expected to work under two important umbrellas: Marketing/Brand Ambassador & Sampling Demos. An entrepreneurial mentality is key to success in this role. Roles and Responsibilities related to consumer engagement & sampling include, but are not limited to the following: Generate trial of a functional beverage in the wellbeing category Communicate the brand specific messaging to consumers Assist with partnership and event lead generation for US Account Director Build Centers of Influence Support Sales efforts through retail and guerilla sampling Consumer Engagement: Approach consumers in their “need state” and generate trial Be a brand expert Responsibly care for program materials, assets, and inventory Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedule Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper uniform Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with consumers Respond in a timely manner to US Account Director and Texas Team Coordinator Assist in managing inventory Reporting: Transmit sampling data via app-based tools immediately after shift Position Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must have reliable transportation May be required to travel when necessary Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs when required Must have a clean driving record Must be 21 years of age or older Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events. 20 hours per week on average Pay rate: $27.00/ HR $50 cell phone allowance per month after probation period.
