180promotions is Hiring: Program Manager / Team Lead – Chicago (College Football Event Series) Compensation: $40/hr + $5/hour performance bonuses Dates & Hours (must be available for ALL): • Saturdays: 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/1, 11/8, 11/15, 11/22, 11/29 • Time: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM • Note: Dates are subject to change and may require one additional Friday event. About the Role: 180promotions is seeking a reliable and proactive Program Manager / Team Lead to run an on-premise bar promotion series during college football season. This role is part-time but high-responsibility: you’ll be the on-site lead, ensuring smooth execution and keeping everything client-ready. Responsibilities: • Oversee weekly bar event operations from Sept 13 – Nov 29. • Supervise 1 Brand Ambassador at each event. • Engage consumers in a “Football Toss” game where winners advance for a chance to compete in Las Vegas for Super Bowl tickets. • Track and record scores + names of winners. • Take event photos and submit recap reports. • Manage program assets (must have a car to transport as needed). What We’re Looking For: • Must be available for ALL listed dates (no exceptions, with flexibility for 1 additional Friday if needed). • Must be okay with light travel to various bar locations in Chicago and surrounding areas. • Must have a car and valid driver’s license. • Extremely reliable, organized, and professional. • Comfortable supervising others and being the on-site lead. • Strong communication and accountability. Compensation: • $40/hr (4 hours per shift). • Performance bonuses based on program success IF YOU DO NOT HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
