180 Promotions is currently seeking 3 enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassadors to join our Golf Cart Street Team for an exciting community outreach campaign in The Villages.
Position Overview
As a Brand Ambassador, your primary role will be to distribute promotional flyers for three upcoming community events taking place each Friday in June. You'll be engaging with residents around The Villages via a branded golf cart, creating awareness and driving attendance for the events.
Duration: June (3 weeks)
Schedule: 5 days/week (5 hours/day)
Location: The Villages, FL
Fridays: You will work on-site at the hosting bank during the event.
Key Responsibilities
Actively distribute flyers within assigned areas using golf carts.
Engage politely and professionally with community members.
Represent 180 Promotions and our partners with enthusiasm and integrity.
Work the Friday events onsite, assisting with guest engagement as needed.
Expectations & Conduct
Professionalism: Be approachable, courteous, and positive.
Appearance: Dress neatly—business casual or branded apparel if provided.
Clean Distribution: No leaving flyers on cars, doorsteps, or littering.
Accountability:
Photo check-ins/check-outs at locations.
Mid-shift updates (e.g., progress photos).
End-of-day report summarizing coverage, estimated flyer distribution, and general feedback.
Punctuality: Arrive on time and maintain active presence throughout the shift.
Engagement: Stay on-task and proactive—no extended breaks or idle time.
