Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the President of 180 Promotions while also serving as our Event Coordinator. This dual-role position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Support the Presidents administrative needs.
Prepare correspondence and daily communication.
Serve as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain confidential records and files.
Event Coordination:
Plan and execute internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, and special functions.
Coordinate event logistics: vendors, photography, catering, floral, balloon ect.
Manage event budgets and timelines.
Assist with post-event follow-up and reporting.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or event coordination role.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and virtual meeting platforms.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
