2020 Companies is hiring seasonal Event Field Leads! The Field Lead is the driving force behind The Porch touring activation, bringing the brand experience to life while leading all on-site operations. As the primary owner of each event, you'll ensure every activation is executed safely and in compliance with brand standards, while creating an engaging and memorable experience for adult consumers. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee event setup and teardown, manage Brand Ambassadors and event support staff, coordinate with venue and retail partners, and serve as the go-to resource for all on-site operations. You'll be responsible for keeping events running smoothly, resolving challenges in real time, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the team delivers an exceptional consumer experience at every stop. We're looking for a confident, energetic leader who thrives in fast-paced event environments, enjoys motivating teams, and takes pride in delivering flawless execution. Program Dates: Mid August - Late Oct Pay: $1,000 per week (paid weekly) *Travel Perks: Company-paid hotel accommodations provided for applicable event assignments, with mileage reimbursement and daily meal allowance *Home Base: Dallas, Houston, San Antonio or Austin, TX *Event Locations: Several Texas Locations *Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday or Wednesday–Sunday, based on event needs. Weekend availability is required. What You'll Need: *Be at least 21 years old *Valid driver's license *Reliable transportation *Ability to travel extensively throughout the program Travel Perks: Travel is a key part of this role. You'll support activations across multiple markets and be present for setup and teardown.
