Your Role as a Brand Ambassador is to:
Engage & interact with customers in 1:1 and large group settings with passion, energy, and knowledge of Samsung products
Demo Dacor products and position the brand based on consumer lifestyles
Assist in driving sales and customer experience
Always maintain a high energy and professional attitude
Create a memorable and positive experience for customers
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication skills and experience in consumer-facing environments (sales, customer service, etc.)
Always energetic with a big personality and ability to “hype” a group as small as 1, to as large as 100
Interested in one or more areas in technology, social media, gaming, music, and Health & Wellness
Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and customers
Flexible and adaptable with a passion for teamwork and innovation
What We Offer
Weekly pay, $26/hr + 10% incentive
Thursday – Saturday schedule
Work from 5/11/26 – 10/25/26
Next day pay on-demand with Daily Pay
$30 monthly mobile reimbursement
Job Description:
Provide a polished concierge level in-store experience for our retail partner’s customers who are considering a Dacor purchase
Cultivate one-on-one relationship with top performing Retail Sales Associates
Work with sales associates to produce sales quotes and generate leads. While this is not a sales position directly, assisting with sales is a key factor in supporting our retail partners in the stores
Provide training and knowledge to Retail Sales Associates related to Dacor brand, products, and promotion programs that help them close sales
Act as a key resource for all Dacor product categories
Maintain all Dacor merchandise standards in-store and ensure all products are clean, bright and always demo ready
Answer on-call inquiries; Retail Sales Associates have email and phone access to Regional Trainers to obtain timely information needed to close sales
Provide support to the Dacor sales team (DSMs, RSMs, Trade Reps), and other internal parties with respect to premium training and products as required
Maintain and update marketing and training materials for assigned product areas
Collect competitive insights and reports on activities completed in the retailer
All other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager
Performance Measurements:
Completion of all required daily trainings activities, surveys, reports and data collection as required
Completion of all required merchandising or product placement within the location
Attendance of shifts meets or exceeds expectations for the program
Meet or exceed all established KPIs for your assigned location
Providing competitive and meaningful insights around Dacor products inside the location
Ensure all project deliverables are completed as specified in each timeframe
Proactively identify and implement enhancements for training efficiency and productivity
Clearly and concisely communicate all challenges and solutions
Actively pursue opportunities to enhance training and design skills, stay abreast of industry trends, and embrace new technologies
Qualifications:
Three (3) to Five (5) years minimum experience in sales or training
Experience in appliances, luxury appliances, or related industry
Must reside within commuting distance of the assigned retail location
Availability during program and store operation hours
