BAs heads up that agency App is glitchy and agency will send you two different texts, notification texts from the App, and emails with different info. You have to read it all. Pay takes 1 week. Standardization of agency comms & App needs improvement
Good pay. Easy process to get hired. Agency needs a dedicated FMM to train new BAs, otherwise they are going into promos solo and having to figure out what to do. Note that store allows tastings but doesn't have a bottle pourer for exact measurement.
Agency is great. Pay is good. Issues that come up are with stores BA's work at. BA's work solo, so best to report any issues to the agency. Store Managers & sales employees cannot yell at you or demand things. They are not your employer.
Pay is good for BA's. Their App is glitchy & has issues checking you in, out, & updating Paid Invoices info. Downside is having to buy sampling cups & product (time & gas unpaid). Reimbursement takes 1wk. Reporting takes 20-30min (also unpaid).
This agency and agent (Tom) are high quality, professional, reliable, and attentive with talent and clients. The company is open to new ideas to create better workflows, is good at conflict resolution, and typically pays within a week of work. F
Worked with Laureen Trujillo, Booking Agent. She was incredibly professional and on short notice booking. . The event was amazing. Everyone worked so well together. Team effort was the leading force and that’s why it was a complete success
The company is the most professional I have worked with, was very communicative ahead of the project, as well as throughout the week long event. There was a lot of verbal appreciation for staff, which was great. Definitely will work for them again.
