A Little Bird

Overview: We’ll have a 10x10 tented activation outside Mercedes-Benz Stadium for two soccer events. The concept is “Get Your Fan Face On.” The activation will feature a 10 x 10 tent, 6 branded directors chairs and 2 mirrors. The experience will feel like being backstage—guests will sit in makeup artist chairs and get the product applied to their face by onsite team members. You will need to go to our storage unit in Chicago proper and pick up the assets before event day. You will have help on event day to set up the footprint. Promoting FAZIT- which are makeup patches (glitter freckles in one of their products, as seen on Taylor Swift). Details: Location: Chicago, IL Venue: Soldier Field Event: Men’s Soccer (USMNT) Dates: June 6 Hours: TBD but likely a 10 hour day (8 hours for event, 2 hours for set up) + 5ish hours of pre-event prep (going to the storage unit & collecting assets, mailing assets post event, filling out recap etc) Rate: $550/flat Car needed to transport assets (10x10 tent and some other assets, all have been able to fit in a car in previous markets) Parking: $25 on event day If interested and avail please send resume, photo and note any relevant experience (FM, sporting events, beauty etc) in your email to courtney@alittle-bird.com
