A Little Bird

We’re looking for 1 Field Manager (FM) for FOUR total event days in Nashville for a new daily nutrition drink mix brand called HiNote by Carrie Underwood. Each event day pays a $400 day rate, with additional compensation available for getting assets event-ready and assisting with setup. Event Schedule: Day 1: June 2nd (TBD timeframe — must be available all day) Day 2: June 9th (TBD timeframe — must be available all day) Day 3: June 10th (TBD timeframe — must be available all day) ----- Location: Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center Day 4: TBD date/time (sometime in June) Project Overview: We’ll be bringing the Happier Camper to Nashville for 3 total events across 4 event days. The FM will support onsite execution, brand presence, logistics, and event operations. There is also potential need for the FM to drive the Happier Camper from its current location to Nashville. If required, additional pay will be provided for travel time, plus 1 hotel night in Atlanta if needed. Responsibilities: - Manage onsite setup, execution, and breakdown for all event days - Prepare and organize event assets in advance - Represent the HiNote brand in a professional, energetic way - Support logistics and troubleshoot onsite as needed - Potentially transport the Happier Camper to event location 🚨 Must have full-day availability for ALL listed dates 🚨 Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills required 🚗 Comfortable driving larger vehicles/trailers is a major plus HiNote is a wellness-focused daily nutrition drink mix brand created to lift women and their families up as they take steps toward a positive and healthy lifestyle.
