I am hiring for a Field Manager and a Brand Ambassador for an 8 week program in Seattle. It is for a dog food/treat brand that has nautical / fishing type branding.
The proposed schedule is below, with 2 weekends still not fully accounted for.
They might be events we find or we might pivot to guerrilla. I'm open to having 1-2 FMS if needed and can have multiple BAs as well, as I realize folks may not be avail for 8 weekends mostly in a row-but the more you can work, the better for my brain!
Both positions must be high energy, outgoing and comfortable around dogs as the event footprints are very dog-centric.
We are having a custom cart made that will be utilized during guerrilla (if possible) and a custom 10 x 10 tent with a dog photo op (can share more details once I lock the team in). We have a small budget for a cargo van for event days so you can transport all the assets.
1 FM
• 8 weeks total (might be spread out)
• 3 days per week
• $300/day x 3 days x 8 weeks
4-8 hour days depending on event.
MUST BE OK WITH LIFTING /MOVING ASSETS such as a 10 x 10 tent, the cart, the product etc. It’s not a ton of labor but you will need to do labor to load the product + assets into the van, etc. Please do not apply to this if you can’t handle lifting and loading etc.
RECAPS- you will submit a recap for every shift, whether that be an event or guerrilla.
It’s a small 2-4 person team but you will need to manage the BAs etc. I need someone who can work independently and not need me to hold their hand through the program. I am not here to micro manage you. I need someone who can run the program, complete their recaps on time, and handle things without needing me to help them at every step.
BA
• 8 weeks total
• 3 days per week
• 4-8 hours per day depending on event
• $35 per hour
4-8 hour days depending on event.
You will assist the FM with loading/unloading for events and guerrilla. Passing out samples and engaging with folks at events and while guerrilla-ing.
If you are interested and available please email courtney@alittle-bird.com with your resume and what position you are applying for.
Thanks! Looking forward to hearing from you!
