I am hiring for a Field Manager and Brand Ambassador for an upcoming Abe's Muffins experiential sampling program in Washington, DC this fall! We're looking for energetic, reliable, and independent team members who love engaging with people and representing a fun, family-friendly brand. The program will consist of a mix of community events and guerrilla sampling activations. We'll have a custom branded sampling trike/cart, giveaways, and plenty of delicious Abe's Muffins to hand out! FIELD MANAGER $55/hour 6 activation days total per market Event dates below Responsibilities include: - Managing a Brand Ambassador - Loading/unloading and transporting activation assets - Setting up and breaking down the event footprint - Managing product inventory throughout the day - Completing detailed recaps after every activation - Communicating with the ALB team before, during, and after events MUST be comfortable lifting and moving activation assets (trike with umbrella, tables, product, giveaways, etc.). It isn't extremely labor intensive, but you will absolutely be expected to help load, unload, set up, and tear down. I'm looking for someone who can truly own the program. I don't micromanage—I need someone who is proactive, dependable, organized, communicates well, and can confidently lead a small team while representing our client professionally. BRAND AMBASSADOR $40/hour 6 activation days total per market Responsibilities include assisting with setup and breakdown, distributing samples, engaging consumers, and supporting the Field Manager throughout each activation.
