The job:
Team Lead
You will be in field 3 days a week doing guerrilla sampling with 2 BAs.
Guerrilla shifts are 4 hours.
We would love to start activating this weekend (Fri or Sat through Sunday). And then you’ll activate 3 days/week through May.
You will also need to travel to the storage unit(s) (there are 3- it just depends on here you’re located and etc. We can work with you to have product be delivered to the most convenient unit for you) to retrieve product, assets etc.
Product needs to be iced down during guerrilla. There are branded barrel coolers for this.
PSAs & Responsibilities
You will need to get the sprinter van near Westbury in Long Island.
Do you have a place to park the sprinter van in your neighborhood?
There is labor involved due to the loading of cans and assets.
I’d love your help finding events and hot spots to have the team set up to ensure we are hitting high traffic areas.
Daily recaps are required for every activation day.
Photos will also need to be taken and uploaded.
Comms with the BA team & light scheduling and coordination.
Driving of a sprinter van and parking it at your residence.
You will need to buy ice, gas, parking etc out of pocket and submit receipts for reimbursement.
Assisting ALB internally with best opportunities to activate for guerrilla sampling
Pay: $1450 flat/ week
This includes the 3 in field days, any drive time incurred to storage units + sampling activations, admin such as recaps and meetings with ALB, loading product into the van, etc.
We’ve been doing this program for a couple months now and feel strongly that you will still come in at or under 40 hours with all of these tasks considered.
