Hello! This is A+ Staffing. We are seeking a highly professional, experienced, reliable Field Manager in the KANSAS CITY Area to manage activations both on and off premise for a well known Burger Chain! This is a 6 MONTH FULL TIME POSITION from 1/5/2026 onward. (Exact dates may be TBD, but will be a 6 month/26 week program commitment). Looking for: Someone reliable, professional, independent and high level to work directly with our clients overseeing activations both on and off premise, reporting data, sending daily and/or weekly recaps to clients. Staff MUST* have prior experience with managing activations, tours or similar. Staff MUST* have an event management resume with relevant experience. Staff MUST* be able to pass a background check, MVR background check & have a valid drivers license / reliable vehicle. This position will require weekly driving to several locations to build community presence. PAY: $1,200 weekly + A completion bonus at the end of the 26 weeks. $20 weekly technology stipend. Mileage reimbursed.
