A+ Staffing is seeking a community outreach Field Marketing Manager for a nationally known burger chain in the Nashville, TN area.
Approximately 40 hours per week.
PAY: $1,200/weekly - salaried position (W2 Agency, weekly pay)
+ $20/weekly phone/internet stipend & Mileage reimbursement
DATES: To start ASAP as early as next week, and continue contract until December 27th
THIS IS A COMMUNITY OUTREACH MANAGER ROLE* There will be occasional events, but much of this position will be canvassing, emails, phone calls, in-store and storage unit visits and more. Field Managers will be the liaison of the restaurant locations’ General Managers and the community. The Field Manager has the goal of driving customers to the local restaurant locations through an organic and genuine approach.
Weekly Activities:
Phone Calls/Emails to local community groups
Business Canvassing
Promoting local and national offers
Offsite Activation Execution
Onsite Activation Execution
Weekly Reporting
The ideal candidate is:
- A self-starter with an entrepreneur spirit.
-An active member of the community participating in community leagues, organizations or philanthropy events (This is very important)
-Someone with strong interpersonal skills
-Someone who loves to make new connections
- Activation experience is great.
-Have excellent social skills, need to be able to hold conversations with community leaders and get people excited about the restaurant again, and need to be able to be the face of the brand.
