A+ Staffing is seeking experienced and highly professional Zone Managers for Commencement in Morningside Heights (Upper West Side). Zone Managers will oversee a designated event area and serve as the primary on-site lead for that zone. As a Zone Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff and volunteers, managing crowd flow, troubleshooting issues in real time, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Zone Managers will be on two-way radio throughout the event. Most Zones are fully outdoors. All positions require standing and walking for extended periods of time. SCHEUDLE 1: Thursday, May 14th – Commencement Training (In Person) – 9am-2pm Wednesday, May 20th – Commencement – 4:30am-7pm SCHEDULE 2 (Break Coverage Zone Manager): Thursday, May 14th – Commencement Training (In Person) – 9am-2pm Wednesday, May 20th – Commencement – 9:00am-5pm If you are interested in this job, please reach out directly to Dawn McAllister - dmcallister@apluspeople.com.
