Community Outreach Team – Swim Education Program Agency: A+ Staffing A+ Staffing is building an energetic outreach team for a national swim-education client launching NEW community initiatives in the Roswell area — and we want YOU on this mission! This program is all about helping families discover a safe, confidence-building place for kids to learn how to swim. If this initial phase performs well, the program is expected to grow, creating more opportunities for top talent. 📅 SCHEDULE MANDATORY Paid Virtual Training: Monday, December 15 | 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM ET OUTREACH ACTIVATION DATES: December 17–18 Estimated Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM each day (Additional January dates anticipated.) 🎯 OPEN ROLES + PAY FIELD MARKETING MANAGER (FMM) 💵 $32/hr Lead school + community outreach across the Roswell area Build relationships with local partners and guide BA support Confident, organized, proactive leadership required Mileage reimbursed at $0.70 per mile for miles driven between outreach locations BRAND AMBASSADORS (BAs) 💵 $27/hr Assist with outreach, distribute materials, engage families Positive, friendly, reliable energy is a must Ideal for anyone who enjoys working with families & community programs 💙 WE WANT PEOPLE WHO LOVE SWIMMING We are especially interested in talent who has a meaningful connection to swimming.
