A+ Staffing is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for a nationally known restaurant chain in the Seattle area. Approximately 20-25 hours per week.$35/hr Training: virtual training will be held after hire date. Activation Dates: Now through December 31st. A national restaurant chain is hiring a field marketing manager to build community connections through sampling, business canvassing, community events, and sports bar activations. Field Managers will be the liaison of the restaurant locations’ General Managers and the community. The Field Manager has the goal of driving customers to the local restaurant locations through an organic and genuine approach. Weekly Activities: · Sampling · Phone Calls/Emails to local community groups · Business Canvassing · Promoting local and national offers · Offsite Activation Execution · Onsite Activation Execution · Weekly Reporting · Car Required, Gas Expense Budget Included The ideal candidate is: · A self-starter with an entrepreneur spirit. · An active member of the community participating in community leagues, organizations, or philanthropy events (This is very important) · Someone with strong interpersonal skills · Someone who loves to make new connections · Activation experience is great. Additionally, Field Managers need to have excellent social skills, need to be able to hold conversations with community leaders and get people excited about the restaurant again, and need to be able to be the face of the brand.
