A+ Staffing is looking for an experienced and charismatic Field Manager to lead a high-energy street team of Brand Ambassadors promoting a well-known sporting goods brand. You will be the operational and motivational force behind the activation—coaching your team, managing daily logistics, and ensuring every interaction leaves local shoppers smiling as they prepare for Christmas and the New Year.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with shoppers in public outdoor spaces to create positive brand interactions
- Distribute gift cards and talk about the unbeatable value the brand delivers
- Share key highlights: legendary prices, huge selection of gear and gifts, and convenient shopping methods
- Represent the brand with warmth, enthusiasm, professionalism, and approachability
- Coordinate daily setup, staff check-ins, expectations, and assignments
- Guide ambassadors in delivering meaningful customer interactions and brand messaging
- Ensure compliance with brand talking points, safety standards, and distribution protocols
- Motivate your team, troubleshoot issues on-site, and maintain a professional atmosphere
- Track performance, manage materials, and provide concise daily recaps to A+ Staffing
Who We’re Looking For
- An enthusiastic leader with strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Confident communicator who thrives in face-to-face, outdoor environments
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Brand-forward mindset—reliable, professional, and customer-focused
- Previous experience as a Field Manager, Team Lead, Market Lead, or similar role in promotions, experiential marketing, retail, or customer service
