A+ is looking for reliable, punctual, engaging, professional, committed to shifts, good with kids brand ambassadors to represent a UNICEF activation at The BCA Cyclorama May 16-June 2. Background checks required due to children’s event. Activation: https://www.unicefusa.org/heartstrings/boston Description: UNICEF USA is in need of highly professional and experienced event staff for their upcoming immersive marketing program. Staff are to interact with guests to answer questions, provide guidance, and positively enhance their experience. They will also support in the Action Center with the photo booth and Inspired Gifts/Donation elements. Staff need to be able to lift up to 25 lbs. for event labor assistance. Staff with charity background or UNICEF background encouraged. Rate: $26/Hr, W2 position paid out following week of work. Location: The BCA Cyclorama 539 Tremont St Boston MA, 02116- https://bostonarts.org/ Attire: Provided event t-shirt, black pants or nice jeans, comfortable neutral sneakers. Parking: paid parking reimbursed in paycheck with receipt- https://bostonarts.org/about/visit-us/ (Public Transportation highly encouraged) On-street parking is very limited in the immediate area. There are three parking garages/lots nearby Atelier 505 Parking Garage Garage @ 100 Clarendon Street Corner of Shawmut and East Berkeley Streets Staff will be scheduled at 2-4 shifts per week not to exceed 40 hrs depending on your availability and that of others on the team (this does not mean consecutively). Must be willing to put the scheduling of this program first due to background checks. Schedules are built a week prior on Wednesday by 9p EST Must be able to work at least 1 weekend date/week, minimum 12 dates of availability to be considered. (Those with most availability will be considered first).
