Job description A+ Staffing is casting athletic, high energy, and organized Team Lead Field Manager(1), BAs (2), Reporting Back Up (1) to flyer, distribute giveaways, and communicate key talking points in a professional and engaging manner Team Lead to oversee a remote guerilla marketing activation for the grand opening of a beauty spa. The Team Lead will manage on-site operations, handle client communication, submit time sheets, and also serve as a brand ambassador. Staff must be available both dates! Experience and knowledge on beauty spas preferred. Beauty content creators for makeup, healthy lifestyle, and similar experience preferred so that they are able to speak to this type of event. Pay: Field Manager Lead: $30/hr (Must have previous management experience) Brand Ambassadors: $25/hr Reporting Backup: $50/day to show up onsite ready to work at start time. If needed, paid at hourly rate. If not needed for the day, sent home after approximately 30 minutes onsite and paid $50 for the day. 7/14: TBD- subject to change - estimated 11a-4p 7/15: TBD- subject to change - estimated 11a-4p Please specify position and related experience when applying. You are expected to drive your personal vehicle during the marketing campaign (so having a reliable mode of transportation is required. You will track and be paid for any mileage driven during your shift at 70 cents per mile. A clean motor vehicle report and current/valid drivers license will be required to move forward on this activation. *We are a w2 based company and we pay weekly via direct deposit! Wardrobe: Athletic wear. black leggings, biker shorts, neutral shoes. Shirt will be provided by client. *Video interview is required to move forward.
