Join the excitement of the FIFA World Cup Fan Fest in Houston! We are seeking energetic and organized Brand Ambassadors / Guest Service Leads to help manage volunteer teams and deliver an exceptional fan experience during one of the world’s biggest sporting events.
In this role, you will oversee volunteers within designated areas of the event footprint while serving as a guest-facing leader, ensuring operations run smoothly and fans have an unforgettable experience.

What You’ll Do
Manage and oversee volunteers within assigned functional areas
Handle volunteer check-in and check-out processes
Conduct daily briefings and assign volunteer tasks
Coordinate break schedules and shift changes
Serve as a guest services lead and event brand ambassador, including covering volunteer breaks
Work closely with event command, venue management, and category leads
Escalate issues and assist with real-time problem solving
Ensure volunteers provide a positive and welcoming fan experience
What Makes You a Great Fit
Experience leading volunteers, teams, or event staff required
Must be able to stand for extended periods (all roles are standing positions unless on break)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Comfortable working in large, high-energy event environments
Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented
Passion for soccer, events, and guest experience
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be at least 18 years of age
1–2 years of experience in event logistics, operations, or leadership required
Event Details
Location: Houston, TX – FIFA World Cup Fan Fest
Duration: 34 active event days
Schedule: Ability to work up to 40 hours weekly and final shift schedules will be confirmed closer to the event
Shifts are available for morning/afternoon and evenings (possibly past midnight)
Pay
$26.00 per hour
This is a W2 position, paid weekly via direct deposit.
