Now Hiring: Team Lead & Brand Ambassadors for Military Activation at Monroe County Fair (Monroe, MI) A+ Staffing is casting a high-energy, engaging, and professional team to represent a respected U.S. military branch at the Monroe County Fair, happening July 26–August 2. We are hiring: 1 Team Lead Brand Ambassadors 1 Reporting Backup per day Event Details Dates: July 26 – August 2 Daily Time: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (subject to change) Mandatory On-Site Training: Friday, July 26 | 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Location: Monroe County Fairgrounds, Monroe, MI Positions Team Lead – $30/hr • Liaise with client on-site • Manage daily team operations • Submit time sheets • Act as an active ambassador • Assist with setup/teardown (up to 50 lbs) Brand Ambassadors – $25/hr • Hand out branded giveaways • Deliver key talking points • Engage attendees and maintain energy • Assist with setup/teardown (up to 50 lbs) Reporting Backup – $50/day or $25/hr if activated • Be on-call daily • Must be available for full shift if needed Appearance Guidelines • Attire: Branded t-shirt (provided), black pants or knee-length shorts, neutral shoes • Natural hair color required by client • No visible tattoos or piercings (except in earlobes – must be covered/removed) Requirements • Must be onboarded with A+ (W-2) • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors • Video interview required • Please include a short note on why you're the perfect match for this activation About A+ Staffing Founded in 1995, A+ Staffing is a trusted leader in Experiential Marketing, Merchandising, Large Events, Virtual Support, and Data Collection.
