About the Opportunity: A+ Staffing is building an energetic, high-performing team to bring Major Soda Brand NFL Tailgate Sampling Program to life across the country. This large-scale activation will take place in 13 major football cities, engaging thousands of fans with free soda, good vibes, and unforgettable pre-game energy. We’re hiring Team Leads and Brand Ambassadors to represent a Major Soda Brand in stadium tailgate zones — handing out samples, hyping the crowd, and making game day even better. Positions Available: Team Leads (4 per market) – $30/hour Brand Ambassadors (26–27 per market) – $25/hour Time: 1:15 PM - 8:15 PM Key Responsibilities: All Roles: Distribute complimentary sodai products to fans in tailgate areas Engage with attendees in a professional, friendly, and high-energy manner Wear Soda-branded uniforms and utilize Hawker coolers to serve product Maintain brand standards and deliver memorable customer experiences Work outdoors in all weather conditions for the duration of your shift Team Leads Also: Manage check-in and oversight of assigned staff Coordinate on-site setup, logistics, and troubleshooting Ensure timely completion of same-day event reports (during shift hours) Qualifications: Outgoing personality with strong people skills Prior experience in promotions, brand activations, or customer-facing roles Ability to walk long distances, carry 25+ lbs, and stand for long periods Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team setting Leadership and organizational skills (Team Lead roles) What We Provide: Branded jumpsuits and sampling materials On-site training and event coordination Competitive hourly pay A fun and exciting environment at some of the biggest NFL games of the season Ready to Suit Up?
