A+ Staffing is building a high-energy street team of Brand Ambassadors to bring the fun, excitement, and unbeatable value of a well-known sporting goods brand directly to shoppers. Your mission - Spread joy, deliver gift cards, spark conversations, and put smiles on people’s faces as they get ready for Christmas and the New Year. What You’ll Do - Engage with shoppers in public outdoor spaces to create positive brand interactions - Distribute gift cards and talk about the unbeatable value the brand delivers - Share key highlights: legendary prices, huge selection of gear and gifts, and convenient shopping methods - Represent the brand with warmth, enthusiasm, professionalism, and approachability Who We’re Looking For - Outgoing, confident communicators who love talking to people - Positive personalities who bring joy and elevate the energy around them - Brand champion mindset — reliable, professional, and customer-focused - Able to walk and stand outdoors for extended periods - Prior promotional, brand ambassador, retail, or customer service experience.
