A+ Staffing is seeking Shuttle Facilitation Staff for the 2025 Annual Elks Meeting. This is a fantastic role for logistics-minded individuals who can process a lot of changes on the fly. Staff will facilitate shuttle service for a large volume of people from Saturday, June 28th – Wednesday, July 2nd. It is highly preferred that staff can work all dates. However, we may consider staff who are not available on all dates, so if you are interested, please reply with your availability. Staff duties will include greeting shuttle passengers, taking passenger counts to ensure shuttles are not overloaded, managing the queue to take the shuttle and other duties as assigned. Staff should be comfortable providing excellent communication and customer service to attendees. This position requires working outdoors and on your feet for long periods of time. We recommend being prepared for temperature fluctuations throughout the day. It’s very important to bring sun protection and anything else that you need to be comfortable during a very long work day. SCHEDULE: Saturday, June 28, 2025 – 7:00am to 5:00pm Sunday, June 29, 2025 – 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday, June 30, 2025 - 6:00am to 5:00pm Tuesday, July 1, 2025 - 6:00am to 5:00pm Wednesday, July 2, 2025 - 6:00am to 12:00pm NO PARTIAL SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE. You must be able to work the entire shift from start to finish. Uniform: Black pants, white polo style shirt or white button-down shirt, closed toed comfortable shoes.. Be prepared for the weather and to be outdoors for the duration of the shift. Pay: $22.00 per hour
