A+ STAFFING – URGENT CASTING $35–$42/hr | Nashville, TN | Nov 6 – Dec 13 A+ Staffing, one of the nation’s leading experiential staffing agencies, partners with top brands and agencies across the U.S. to provide exceptional talent for live events, tours, and brand activations. We are casting Field Managers and Promo Models for a Smokeless Tobacco Promo Program — a six-week nightlife campaign in downtown Nashville bars. FIELD MANAGER – $42/hr ($840/week) • 6-week commitment (approx. 20 hrs/week) • Prior management/lead experience required • Oversee nightly activations, setup, staff coordination, logistics, and reporting • Mileage reimbursed between activations • MVR required • Training included in weekly rate PROMO MODELS – $35/hr • Thu–Sat nights (approx. 5 hrs/night) • 21+; previous promo/modeling experience required • Paid webinar training: $20/hr • Engage verified adult guests, distribute smokeless tobacco samples, and follow ID & brand compliance PROGRAM DATES: Nov 6 – Dec 13, 2025 SCHEDULE: Thu–Sat nights; some Saturday daytime activations may be added LOCATION: Downtown Nashville (21+) TO APPLY: Reply with “Nashville FM” or “Nashville Model”, include your shirt size (if available) and note if you’re available for all possible shifts or what dates may not work.
