🎶 HIRING FOR 2026 CONCERT SEASON 🎶 Sponsorship Event Staff (SES) 📍 Multiple Markets Nationwide Pay: $27.50/hr 💼 W-2 position 💸 Paid weekly via direct deposit 🎤 ABOUT THE ROLE A+ Staffing is partnering with a nationally recognized live music organization to hire Sponsorship Event Staff for the 2026 concert season. SES team members support live music events, sponsor activations, and on-site brand experiences at amphitheaters, clubs, and theaters across the U.S. This is a seasonal, event-based role with dates determined closer to the concert season. Estimated to train and activate March-October 2026 for select concert dates. ✨ WHAT YOU’LL DO • Support sponsor activations on-site • Assist with setup, breakdown, and on-site troubleshooting • Capture marketing & Proof of Performance photos • Confirm signage placement and digital media execution • Represent the brand professionally at live events • Document sponsor notes and feedback post-show 📸 PHOTOGRAPHY RESPONSIBILITIES • Complete Proof of Performance photography training • Capture high-quality fan engagement & event photos • Upload photos same night or within 24 hours if technical issues occur • Smartphone or camera with strong photo quality required 🧠 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Availability for days, nights, and weekends during concert season • Experience in events, brand marketing, promotions, or hospitality preferred • Strong communication, professionalism, and adaptability • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Reliable transportation (valid license required for some venues) • Completion of all required trainings prior to scheduling 💰 PAY & EMPLOYMENT DETAILS • $27.50/hr • W-2 employee of A+ Staffing • Paid weekly via direct deposit 🏟️ HIRING MARKETS (2026) We are building teams in the following regions: 🟦 WEST – CA, WA, OR, AZ, NM, UT 🟨 MIDWEST – IL, IN, OH, WI, MN, MO 🟧 SOUTH – GA, FL, TX, NC, VA, AL, TN 🟩 NORTHEAST – NY, NJ, MA, CT, MD, PA, NH (Full venue list available upon application.) 🖱️ HOW TO APPLY Step 1: Apply online 👉 https://aplusexperiential.wufoo.com/forms/pi427iq1jxgumu/ Step 2: Internal review & onboarding (if selected) - January 2026 Step 3: Share examples of event/marketing photography (cell phone photos accepted) Step 4: Client interview (selected candidates only) - February 2026 Step 5: Final confirmation (within ~1 week of client interview) ⚠️ PROGRAM DISCLAIMER This is a seasonal, event-based position within a closed roster program.
