"ENTIRE SHOW SEASON: AMPHITHEATER SPONSORSHIP VENUE BRAND MANAGER NEEDED A+ Staffing is seeking venue brand managers to manage sponsorship operations for an entire show season. Staff are needed to assist the on-site venue brand management team member with show day prep and facilitation of onsite sponsored activities during the show. The amphitheater season runs from approximately March through October – priority will be given to staff that are available the entire season. Show day activity may include: Recapping of specific timeframes and location for the onsite activity Description of signage that needs to be displayed / hung / checked onsite. Sponsor activation placement and location onsite as well as times for arrival and areas that need to be prepped/cleaned prior. Location of any sponsor items stored onsite and any activation details. Sponsor/Brand Ambassador working names / staff list for staff to be a point of contact onsite. Show prep prior to doors (ie…prepare access wristbands, etc) Review onsite video loop for sponsor placements. Take crowd photos of sponsor activations and/or signage as specified. Inventory Set up/tear down - as needed. Post show breakdown and storage of any temporary sponsor signage. Complete a post-show feedback form for post-show communication. Event hours are 6-10 hours per shift Training/Shadowing hours will likely be 4-8 hours prior to activation day. TBD Event staff will need to be able to fulfill the following: have reliable transportation, be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds, and have a working camera or phone with a camera to capture proof of performance photos. PAY: Training/Shadow Date Pay: $25/hr.
