A+ Staffing is hiring an energetic and outgoing Lead Generation Product Specialist to represent leading satellite internet company Location: Boise, ID Date: 11/14/2026 Time: 11am-4pm Rate: $35/hr, W2 position paid out weekly, plus possible lead goal incentives ATTIRE: Black or khaki slacks/shorts closed toed flat shoes. A shirt will be provided onsite. Job Description: You'll engage with event attendees, educate them on products and services, and encourage participation in demonstrations, promotions, contests, and sign-ups while generating qualified leads and creating memorable brand experiences. • Generate qualified leads by engaging consumers in meaningful conversations and capturing accurate customer information. • Accurately collect customer data using mobile apps, tablets, or digital lead capture platforms while following client guidelines. • Collaborate with Event Leads to ensure all lead generation activities are executed accurately and efficiently. • Represent nationally recognized brands with professionalism and enthusiasm. • Welcome, engage, and assist guests while creating positive brand experiences. • Educate consumers about products, services, or event activations. • Distribute promotional materials, samples, or giveaways. • Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown as needed. • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting activation space. • Adapt quickly in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude. • Follow client guidelines, event procedures, and A+ Staffing standards at all times. We are a W2 company. Must be 18+ Legal to work in the US Able to provide government issued ID (I-9 information) to work and be paid If selected to move forward, we will also need to review your IDs to complete the I-9 new hire form.
