There are way too many check in texts coming as you’re making your way to work! Way before, during commuting, upon arrival, automated and human texts! That part needs to change. Clear communication before event.
We were provided with all the info we need so we were prepared. I enjoyed working with our team lead and the client was very easy to work with.
All the info we needed for this event was provided in a timely manner so we were well prepared. Our team lead as a great liaison between us and the client and also has a great personality. Client was also pretty easy to work with as well.

This event needs a lot of work. It’s not the agency’s fault, but definitely with the client and product. My city wasn’t the only one that had problems and/or unsatisfied attendees. A+ is a great agency, but Jigsaw is not a gig I enjoyed.
