Job Title: Brand Ambassador – WBENC National Conference (Salt Lake City) Client: Activate Entertainment / Qcast Event: WBENC National Conference & Business Fair Venue: Salt Palace Convention Center, 100 S W Temple St, Salt Lake City, UT 84101 About the Gig Activate Entertainment is seeking 4 local Brand Ambassadors to represent a cutting-edge technology brand at the WBENC National Conference & Business Fair in Salt Lake City. You'll be working directly with event attendees, guiding them through an interactive tech experience powered by Qcast — a live video engagement platform. This is a high-visibility role at a major national event with top-tier clients on site. Event Dates & Schedule Training Day - Monday June 16th Day 1 – Training | Tuesday, June 17 Qcast technology training session. All selected BAs are required to attend. Time: 8:00am – 6:30pm (approx. 9 hours on site — please plan accordingly) Day 2 – On-Site Activation | Wednesday, June 18 Live event staffing at the Salt Palace Convention Center. Time: 8:00am – 12:00pm (approx. 9 hours on site — please plan accordingly) Responsibilities Engage attendees on the event floor in a friendly, professional manner Demonstrate how to use Qcast technology via attendees' own personal smartphones Encourage participation and create an energetic, welcoming experience at the booth Represent the brand and client with professionalism at all times Collaborate with the Lead Ambassador and follow on-site direction Requirements Prior brand ambassador or promotional staffing experience required Comfortable with mobile technology and quick to learn new platforms Vlogging or video content creation experience is a strong plus Professional and polished — business casual attire required Punctual, reliable, and able to commit to both days (training + event) Must be local to the Salt Lake City area Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Compensation & Terms Pay Rate: $28.00/hr Employment Status: 1099 Independent Contractor Payment Terms: Net 30 Parking: Reimbursed To Apply Submit your profile through Trusted Herd.
