NOW HIRING — LARGE-SCALE EVENT | MENLO PARK, CA Activation Pro is staffing a large-scale, high-profile event in Menlo Park, CA, and we are looking for an amazing team of experienced event professionals to join us. We are looking for experienced, seasoned, outgoing, and reliable staff who know what it takes to work a busy event. You should be present, polished, professional, approachable, and ready to bring great energy from the beginning of your shift through the end. REQUIRED DATES Monday, September 21 — MANDATORY EVENT TRAINING 9:30 AM–3:30 PM Tuesday, September 22 — DARK DAY No event shift Wednesday, September 23 — EVENT DAY Thursday, September 24 — EVENT DAY You MUST be available for all required training and event days and for all assigned shift times. Partial availability will not be considered. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. All staff are required to sign an NDA. You MUST have an active PopBookings profile. You MUST be connected to Activation Pro under Agency Connect in PopBookings. Your PopBookings profile must be 100% complete and current, including updated photos and relevant experience. Incomplete or outdated profiles will NOT be considered. Reliable transportation to and from the event is required. No travel or lodging is available. Local staff only.
