As a Brand Execution Manager, you'll drive growth through a combination of account development, off-premise retail execution, and high-impact sampling activations. You'll collaborate with off-premise accounts, support distributor initiatives, lead product education sessions, and execute engaging tastings that bring the brands to life and translate each brand story into measurable market performance.

What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
-Be the local market expert for the Sazerac Innovation Portfolio across wine/malt and spirits categories
-Create brand awareness through trial (sampling) and educating consumers in off-premise settings
-Sell in new distribution of the Sazerac Innovation Portfolio in retail accounts and manage current account relationships (primary role)
-Merchandise in stores to support new and current distribution
-Build and maintain relationships with retail account owners and managers within territory
-Communicate frequently with Advantage, Sazerac, and distributor teams to ensure alignment on targeted accounts and ensure that products are ordered and delivered in new accounts
-Provide weekly recaps of execution and results achieved
-Provide market intelligence on local and regional competitive activities
-Achieve and/or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
-Available to work 40+ hours per week and nights/weekends as needed
Qualifications:
-Access to reliable transportation within your territory is critical
-Two or more years in field sales and previous brand ambassador management experience, preferably in the beverage industry
-Comfortable working independently with limited oversight but driven by clear goals
-Self-starter, go-getter attitude and flexibility to meet the demands of the market
-Ability to customarily and regularly visit retail accounts 90% of the time, with the remaining 10% spent at your residence completing administrative tasks
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to make oral presentations to retail business owners and managers
-Ability to develop strategic plans and make sound decisions to grow the business
-Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships and customer satisfaction
-Flexible and adaptable; impeccable time management skills
-Strong computer skills and daily Internet access
-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
