BRAND AMBASSADORS NEEDED | CHECKERS & RALLY’S FRY LOVE EXPRESS 📍 Buffalo, NY 📅 Saturday, July 11 & Sunday, July 12 Advent Promotions is looking for top-tier Brand Ambassadors for the Checkers & Rally’s Fry Love Express at Taste of Buffalo! This is a large, high-energy festival activation where BAs will help bring Checkers’ Famous Seasoned Fries to life, engage guests, support the onsite team, assist with food sampling, and create a fun, memorable brand experience. Important: These are long event days, so please only apply if you are ready to work, stay engaged, and be on your feet for the full shift. Event: Taste of Buffalo Program: Checkers & Rally’s Fry Love Express Location: 224 Niagara St Buffalo, NY 14201 Located in the heart of Downtown Buffalo along Delaware Avenue, beginning near City Hall and heading north to Chippewa St. Brand Ambassadors Needed: 5 Saturday, July 11 BA Staffing Time: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM Paid Hours: 10 Sunday, July 12 BA Staffing Time: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM Paid Hours: 9 BA Responsibilities: • Engage guests with strong energy and professionalism • Support the Checkers & Rally’s Fry Love Express activation • Assist with food sample distribution as directed • Help keep the activation area clean, organized, and guest-ready • Support setup, breakdown, and onsite flow as needed • Follow all brand and food safety guidelines • Represent Advent Promotions and Checkers & Rally’s at a high level Ideal BAs: • Reliable and on time • Comfortable working long shifts • Able to stay on your feet and keep energy high • Friendly, outgoing, and professional • Experienced with festivals, food sampling, or high-volume activations This is a great opportunity for experienced BAs who know how to bring energy, work hard, and create an amazing guest experience at a busy festival event.
