# Brand Ambassadors Needed – Sneaker Con Chicago Advent Promotions is hiring **4 energetic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors** to represent **Checkers & Rally’s** at Sneaker Con Chicago! This is a high-energy sneaker and streetwear event with large crowds, music, exclusive merchandise, and plenty of guest interaction. We are looking for dependable team members who are comfortable engaging attendees and helping create a fun, organized brand experience. ## Event Details **Event:** Sneaker Con **Date:** Saturday, August 29 **BA Staffing Time:** 11:30 AM–7:30 PM **Location:** McCormick Place 2301 S. DuSable Lake Shore Drive Chicago, IL 60616 **Brand Ambassadors Needed:** 4 **On-Site Contacts:** Travis and Jana ## Compensation **Rate:** $30 per hour **Estimated Total Pay:** $240 for the completed 8-hour shift Team members will be paid for all approved hours completed. Payment is processed biweekly in accordance with Advent Promotions’ contractor payment schedule. ## Responsibilities Brand Ambassadors may be responsible for: * Welcoming and engaging Sneaker Con attendees * Distributing Checkers & Rally’s promotional items or food samples * Clearly communicating brand messaging * Assisting with guest lines and activation flow * Keeping the activation area clean, organized, and fully stocked * Supporting the on-site event leads as needed * Maintaining an upbeat, professional attitude throughout the event ## Requirements Applicants must: * Be available for the entire scheduled shift * Arrive on time and ready to work * Be friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching guests * Follow all event, venue, and brand guidelines * Maintain a clean and professional appearance * Be able to stand and remain active for the duration of the shift * Have reliable transportation to McCormick Place * Remain responsive to event communication before and during the activation Prior promotional, hospitality, sampling, retail, or event experience is preferred but not required. ## Important Hiring Notice Receiving a hiring notification through Trusted Herd does **not** mean you are officially booked for this event. You must receive a separate booking confirmation from Advent Promotions and complete all required onboarding paperwork before you are officially hired and authorized to work.
