Advent Promotions is building a strong Denver team for a high-profile retail pop-up supporting a touring band during a major concert week. This is a fast-moving, guest-facing retail environment, and we’re looking for polished, reliable, high-energy Brand Ambassadors who know how to make guests feel welcome, stay proactive, and jump in wherever needed. EVENT DATES & HOURS Wednesday, August 26: 11:30 AM–8:30 PM Thursday, August 27: 10:30 AM–4:30 PM Friday, August 28: 10:30 AM–4:30 PM BA Rate: $30/hour Total BA Pay: $630 Payed out within 7-10 days LOCATION Denver, CO RiNo / Larimer Street area Exact activation details will be provided to officially booked staff. POSITIONS 4 Brand Ambassadors BRAND AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and welcome guests Assist with guest photos and engagement moments Help manage guest flow and provide directional support Support light retail / pop-up needs Rotate between stations as needed Maintain a polished, upbeat, professional presence Communicate questions or operational needs to the Team Lead Complete a short post-shift recap when requested Additional RESPONSIBILITIES In addition to supporting the guest experience, the BAs may: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Advent Promotions field team Coordinate staff check-in, positioning, and breaks Maintain full floor coverage Keep the team informed, punctual, and activation-ready Communicate directly with Advent Promotions and on-site production Help resolve routine staff issues and escalate anything urgent Confirm completion of end-of-day team recaps WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We want experienced event, hospitality, retail, experiential, or brand ambassador talent who are: Friendly and naturally guest-focused Confident and professional Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a busy retail environment Proactive without needing constant direction Available for all three event dates preferred IMPORTANT — CONFIDENTIAL EVENT This activation supports a high-profile music client.
