NOW HIRING: TEAM LEAD + BA– Delicato Family Wines 🍷 Event: NY National BBQ Festival Location: 1899 Hempstead Tpke, East Meadow, NY 11554, USA Date: 6/13-6/15 Time: 7/13 (3:00 PM – 10:00 PM) 6/14 (11:00AM – 11:00PM) 6/15 (11:00 AM – 5:00PM) Rate: Lead $38/hour BA $30/hr Staffing: 1 Team Lead, 1 Brand Ambassador ABOUT THE EVENT: We're representing Delicato Family Wines at the NY National BBQ Festival, delivering a polished and professional wine sampling experience. We're looking for a confident, experienced Team Lead to manage a small team and ensure flawless brand representation at this well-attended local event. We will also be hiring a Brand Ambassador. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead on-site setup and breakdown of the activation space Support and oversee 1 Brand Ambassador Learn and confidently deliver key talking points about featured Delicato wines Pour samples and engage attendees with wine education Maintain brand standards and a clean, professional appearance Ensure smooth operations and communicate any issues promptly Capture light content and support the client experience throughout the event REQUIREMENTS: Must be TIPS Certified (must email certificate proof)**** Must provide high-quality, professional headshots Previous experience in event promotions or wine/spirits preferred Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor Reliable transportation and punctuality required Strong communication and leadership skills TO APPLY: Please submit your TIPS certification and professional headshots with your application.
