Engage with guests: answer questions, suggest food pairings, recommend related menu items. Ensure responsible drinking, monitor consumption and guest comfort. Serve and Promote beer pours and maintain a smooth flow with product distribution. Promote venue offerings: highlight The Sandbar’s ambiance, special drinks . Collect feedback for post‑event evaluation. Qualifications Must be 21+ with beer tasting/event experience. Knowledge or strong interest in craft beer, especially Yuengling Flight. Excellent communication skills—friendly, approachable, and engaging. Strong organizational ability: manage schedules, guest flow, inventory. Team player—works well with bartenders and service staff. Compensation: $80 flat for 2 hours As the Beer Tasting Host, you’ll guide guests through a curated experience of Yuengling Flight—including education, tasting guidance, and creating a fun, engaging environment. Must take 10 interactive photos to be paid. Pay is up to 5-10 business days. ** Pay: $80 for 2 hours flat rate. Must provide: Tasting Cups and be ok with paying for alcohol product if needed.
