Black-Tie Fundraiser Registration Hosts — San Pedro The Adventurers’ Club of Los Angeles is seeking three polished, outgoing event hosts for our annual Night of High Adventure fundraiser. Date: Saturday, October 3, 2026 Location: San Pedro, California Shift Time: 5:00–11:00 PM Pay: $200 with $50 on-time arrival bonus Responsibilities Welcome approximately 200 guests Check guests in and confirm table assignments Distribute event materials Answer basic event and venue questions Direct guests to cocktails, dinner, and auction areas Maintain a warm, polished and professional front-desk presence Requirements Prior gala, registration, hospitality or promotional-event experience Excellent communication and guest-service skills Dependable transportation and punctuality Professional black cocktail or formal attire Comfortable using a tablet or printed guest list Please apply with a current photo, résumé or event-history summary, and links to professional staffing profiles or references.
