Job Opportunity: Brand Ambassador / Product Specialist – Financial Services Activation (Charlotte Market)
AGAR is seeking professional, polished, and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors / Product Specialists to represent a leading financial institution during a series of high-profile experiential activations taking place throughout the Charlotte, NC market.
We are looking for individuals with strong customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to confidently engage with consumers while representing a premium financial services client. Candidates with backgrounds in banking, hospitality, sales, financial services, customer relations, or luxury brand experiences are strongly encouraged to apply.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, educating consumers, creating memorable brand experiences, and working in fast-paced, high-traffic event environments.

Position Overview
As a **Brand Ambassador / Product Specialist, you will represent our financial services client by creating positive, professional interactions with event attendees while helping manage guest flow and ensuring a seamless activation experience.
We are specifically looking for candidates who can confidently communicate in a professional environment and provide a high-touch customer experience aligned with a premium financial brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and engage event attendees in a professional and approachable manner
* Serve as a product specialist, confidently sharing key information about the client’s products and services
* Assist with managing guest flow throughout the activation space
* Answer basic consumer questions and direct guests to appropriate areas
* Support registration and customer check-in when needed
* Guide attendees through interactive brand experiences
* Maintain a polished, professional presence while representing the brand
* Assist with crowd management during high-volume event periods
* Support hospitality efforts and VIP guest interactions when required
* Work closely with onsite leads and event production staff to ensure smooth execution
* Help maintain organization and cleanliness of the activation space throughout the event
Requirements
* Prior experience in brand ambassador work, product specialist roles, hospitality, banking, retail, luxury customer service, or financial services preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable speaking with consumers in high-traffic environments
* Professional appearance and polished demeanor required
* Comfortable standing and walking for long periods during event shifts
* Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction
* Ability to retain product knowledge and confidently communicate brand messaging
* Experience working corporate events, conferences, festivals, or experiential activations is a plus
* Candidates with banking or financial services experience are highly preferred
