AGAR is seeking a high-energy Mascot Performer to represent Perfetti Van Melle— the global company behind brands like Mentos, Trident, and more — at the upcoming Snack & Sweets Expo. This is a fun, high-visibility role perfect for someone who thrives in high-traffic trade show environments and enjoys engaging with large crowds. Location Las Vegas Convention Center 3150 Paradise Rd Las Vegas, NV 89109 Position: Mascot Performer Role Overview As the Mascot, you will be the face of the brand on the trade show floor — attracting attendees, posing for photos, creating excitement, and driving traffic to the activation space. This role requires stamina, enthusiasm, and professionalism while performing in costume for extended periods. Responsibilities * Wear full mascot costume during scheduled hours * Attract and engage trade show attendees * Pose for photos and interact non-verbally with guests * Help drive traffic to the activation space * Maintain high energy throughout the day * Follow all event and brand guidelines * Work closely with the Mascot Assistant/Handler * Maintain proper food safety and event compliance standards Requirements * Minimum 6’0” height * Average build (to properly fit costume) * Energetic, expressive, and crowd-friendly personality * Comfortable performing in costume for extended periods * Trade show or live event experience preferred * Must pass a background check * Must attend a mandatory Zoom training session prior to the event Schedule * Tuesday 5/19: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM * Wednesday 5/20: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM Compensation * $45 per hour * Food or parking reimbursement up to $30 per day Attire * Comfortable black clothing * Gym shoes If you’re outgoing, professional, and ready to bring big energy to one of the largest snack industry trade shows of the year — we want to hear from you!
