Job Opportunity: Event Labor Lead / Logistics Crew – Charlotte Market
AGAR is looking for an experienced Event Labor Lead / Logistics Specialist to support a large-scale experiential marketing tour throughout the Charlotte, NC market.
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, hands-on candidate with strong warehouse, event labor, logistics, and equipment operation experience who is comfortable managing physical event setup and breakdown operations, coordinating labor crews, moving heavy assets, and handling transportation of event materials.
This role is heavily focused on labor support, load-ins, load-outs, transportation, warehouse coordination, and asset management.We are looking for someone who is comfortable working long days, lifting heavy equipment, and taking ownership of operational execution behind the scenes.

* November 13 – November 15 – Charlotte Marathon *(TBD)*

Key Responsibilities
* Access and organize in-market storage units
* Coordinate trailer pickups and transportation logistics
* Load and unload 26’ box trucks with event assets and materials
* Drive 26’ box trucks to and from event locations
* Support heavy load-in and load-out operations at event venues
* Move, organize, and transport large activation assets, displays, tents, equipment, and inventory
* Coordinate physical setup and breakdown of experiential activations
* Assist with staging, organizing, and securing warehouse inventory
* Work alongside local labor crews during setup and breakdown days
* Conduct pre-event and post-event inventory counts
* Perform asset quality checks and ensure proper packing procedures
* Support transportation and movement of mobile experiential trailers
* Assist with setup coordination involving vendors and production teams when needed
* Maintain organization of event assets before, during, and after deployment
Requirements
* Must have experience driving a 26’ Box Truck
* Comfortable performing heavy labor for extended periods of time
* Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
* Prior warehouse, logistics, moving, event labor, production setup, or installation experience strongly preferred**
* Forklift experience or certification preferred
* Scissor lift experience or certification preferred
* Comfortable working long hours during event setup and breakdown days *(some load-in days may run 10–12+ hours)*
* Experience loading trailers, moving large event assets, or handling production equipment preferred
* Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team in fast-paced environments
