Fresh * Slick Rick * Heatwave Event Location - Paycor Stadium 1 Paycor Stadium, Cincinnati, OH 45202 Position Overview We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and reliable ambassadors who can help create an unforgettable guest experience across several festival activations including: * Patio Spa Lounge * House Party Zone * Interactive Brand Experiences * Sampling Areas * VIP Engagement Spaces Front-of-House Responsibilities * Engage with festival attendees * Distribute product samples * Educate consumers on products and promotions * Facilitate games and photo moments * Manage lines and guest flow * Maintain high energy and excitement throughout the event Back-of-House Responsibilities * Restock inventory and samples * Open boxes and organize supplies * Support activation setup and breakdown * Maintain cleanliness and organization backstage * Assist the FOH team with operational needs Event Details * Dates: Friday, July 24 & Saturday, July 25, 2026 * Time: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Approximately) * Pay: $25/hour * Per Diem: Up to $25/day for parking or meals * Training: Mandatory Zoom training prior to event Apparel * Black shorts or black pants * Comfortable gym shoes/sneakers * Branded t-shirt provided onsite Requirements * Must be available BOTH event days * Comfortable working outdoors in summer weather * Able to stand and walk for extended periods * Excellent communication and guest engagement skills * Positive attitude and team-player mentality * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs if needed * Must pass a background check Why Join Us?
