Brand Ambassador – Mobile Emboss Experience (In-Store Coffee Shop) We are seeking one detail-oriented Brand Ambassador to staff a custom mobile emboss station inside an in-store coffee shop. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and comfortable working independently while engaging with the public. 📍 Location In-store coffee shop 📌 Address: 2855 Stevens Creek Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050 🧵 Role Overview You will be responsible for operating a custom emboss machine, greeting customers, and embroidering guest initials on select items on-site. The setup is custom-built, delicate, and will travel city to city—care and attention to detail are critical. 🧵 Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and invite them to your station Explain the emboss experience and available items Operate the custom emboss machine with precision Embroider customer initials on items and hand off finished products Open, set up, shut down, and neatly pack the mobile emboss station Maintain organization of all materials and inventory Handle items gently and ensure nothing is misplaced Keep the station clean, professional, and in excellent condition Work independently and manage time efficiently ✅ Requirements Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable working alone and as a self-starter Enjoys interacting with the public and providing excellent customer service Ability to follow strict brand and operational guidelines Must be gentle and careful with delicate items and equipment No photos or social media posting permitted (strict policy) Professional demeanor and appearance Prior experience with emboss, crafting, or machine operation is a plus but not required—training will be provided. ⏰ Shift Details Shift Length: 4 hours Time: 10:00am-2:00pm Pay: $150 flat rate
