What You’ll Be Doing: Mastering Products & Sales – Dive deep into the product portfolio, using your knowledge to drive customer conversations and close sales. Engaging Customers – Serve as a trusted advisor, offering tailored product recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Staying Compliant – Keep up-to-date with industry regulations to ensure compliance in all sales activities. Learning & Growing – Participate in training sessions to stay sharp, up-to-date on product launches, and improve your sales techniques. Reporting & Feedback – Provide insights through timely sales reports and customer feedback to enhance team performance. What We’re Looking For: Strong Communication Skills – Able to effectively engage with customers, retailers, and internal teams. Sales Experience – Prior field sales experience is ideal, especially in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. Customer Service Focus – Passionate about delivering exceptional service and promoting responsible product use. Industry Experience – Experience as a brand ambassador or product specialist in regulated industries like spirits, cannabis, or nicotine is a big plus! Must Be 21+ – Legally able to enter venues where alcoholic beverages are served. Training Availability – Ready to attend multi-day, in-person training to get you up to speed!
