HIRING: Brand Ambassadors, Production Assistants, On-Site Manager / Lead BA for US Open 📍 Location: USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, Flushing Meadows, Queens, NY 📅 Dates: August 20 – September 7, 2025 🕑 Time: Shifts vary daily (approx. 8-10 hours per shift) 💰 Pay Rates: Brand Ambassadors (BA): $30/hr Production Assistants (PA): $32/hr On-Site Manager / Lead BA: $35/hr We're assembling a dynamic team for a high-profile sponsor activation at the 2025 US Open. If you're energetic, professional, and reliable we want you in our court! 🔹 Brand Ambassadors – $30/hr Engage with event attendees, distribute samples or promotional materials Represent the brand enthusiastically and professionally Assist with setup and breakdown tasks Qualifications: Outgoing personality with prior event experience required 🔹 Production Assistants – $32/hr Assist with load-in/load-out procedures Maintain event supplies and booth appearance Ensure smooth transitions between shifts Qualifications: Background in event operations or logistics preferred 🔹 On-Site Manager / Lead BA – $35/hr Oversee daily activation operations Check in team members, coordinate schedules, manage setup/breakdown Serve as the primary point-of-contact for the client Support and lead the team by example Qualifications: Prior experience managing event teams required REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL ROLES: Must be 21+ Local to the New York City area Able to commute to activation location during the event Comfortable working outdoors during summer conditions Availability for multiple (or all) event days is strongly preferred TO APPLY: Send your resume, a recent photo, and a brief description of your experience and availability to: tara@aim-and-fire.com Subject line: US Open – Your Name – Desired Role Let's rally. 🎾🔥
