**Approximate Hours:** 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Full availability for duration of event is required. Aim & Fire is hiring experienced Brand Ambassadors for a premium activation at the Men’s US Open hosted at Shinecock Hills Golf Club. We’re looking for confident, professional talent who thrive in high-energy environments and understand the importance of guest experience, presentation, and operational precision at large-scale sporting events. Responsibilities: * Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically * Engage attendees and support guest experience initiatives * Assist with activation setup, maintenance, and breakdown * Support hospitality, experiential, and consumer engagement efforts * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and team communication throughout the event * Follow direction from on-site management and adapt quickly in a live event environment Qualifications: * Previous experiential marketing, hospitality, or event staffing experience preferred * Excellent communication and people skills * Comfortable working long shifts outdoors in an active environment * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented * Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and during high traffic periods * Sports, golf, hospitality, or luxury event experience is a plus
