Air Fresh communicated well by sending an email the day prior with all details listed. Tour manager connected the morning of each event to confirm the location and staff. They communicated with a positive attitude and were a pleasure to work with
They were just the staffing agency so I can't fault them for anything related to the event. However, the hours changed but they didn't notify the staff. Just sent them an event confirmation and expected staff to notice that the hours changed.
Not the most exciting street team activation. You need to push a billboard around, generate leads for a black card giveaway and hand out cards to encourage traffic into the new location on 16th street mall. You have two shifts per day, 3 hours each.
