Chico State Chico,CA -- Professional, friendly BACK UP staff needed for various roles at college conference!! 2/28/26 All Aces Promotional Staffing is currently seeking professional and friendly BACK UP staff to help at an upcoming conference!! As a BACK UP BA, you will come onsite at the start time of 7:30a and be fully prepared to work. If the client decides we need more people and/or if we are missing anyone on the core team, you will be required to stay and take their spot! If you are needed onsite and are kept for the shift, you will be onsite at a college location to assist with various roles such as, but not limited to, the following: - Distributing and collecting signage and materials - Providing directions and assisting with attendee flow during lunch - Assisting facilitators and guiding attendees - Registration support - Event setup and tear-down - Guiding buses and coordinating with campus security - Liaising with campus facilities staff for maintenance or custodial needs - These events often have downtime while fellows are in session – kind of hurry up and wait vibe This will be an ALL HANDS ON DECK EVENT! Lots of walking is involved on campus, and staff will most likely be moved around various times. 2/28/26 Chico State Chico CA 400 W. First Street, Chico, CA 95929 BACK UP ROLE - Read carefully!!! If not needed, sent home with a $50 flat payment for your time If kept to work, you will be moved to an hourly rate of $30/hour and will be kept until 11:30a OR 4p, depending on needs. Free parking onsite Meals provided (box lunches) Full shift is 7:30a to 4p with a 30 minute unpaid break per CA law. Uniform: All black Business casual!!! Staff must present a clean, professional appearance at all times. It is a required all-black attire, such as black polo shirt or similar collared shirt. Pants should be clean, non-distressed, and professional in appearance--black denim is acceptable! Black, closed-toe shoes and hair should be neat. No leggings, logos, or crop tops allowed. Staff will be sent home without pay if not professional. All Aces Promotional Staffing is a W2 company. All required paperwork will be necessary before official booking.
