SHIFT SCHEDULE: Mandatory Staff Training 📅 Wednesday, July 2, 2025 🕗 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM Brief overview of activation objectives Role-specific training and expectations Walk-through of the space and logistics Distribution of uniforms/materials Activation Day 1 📅 Thursday, July 3, 2025 🕗 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Full-day event activation Arrive on time and dressed according to dress code Breaks will be scheduled and staggered throughout the day Activation Day 2 📅 Friday, July 4, 2025 🕗 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Consistent duties as Day 1 High guest engagement expected due to holiday attendance ROLE-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Brand Ambassadors (Wayfinding & Engagement Team): Greet and welcome attendees with enthusiasm Provide clear directions to event features (booths, restrooms, food areas, activations) Distribute branded materials (flyers, merch, handouts) Encourage guest interaction with brand elements (photo ops, activities) Answer basic event FAQs Maintain a polished, professional appearance and energy throughout the day Car Interior Experience Team: Light vacuuming of the vehicle floor area only (remove sand, dust, and dirt) No trash removal, detailing, or demeaning tasks involved Maintain cleanliness and care when working inside the vehicle Ensure the space remains tidy for each guest experience Respect the property and boundaries of the display vehicles Food Handler Assistants: Assist with snack distribution for the brand activation Refill snack stations as needed and ensure presentation is always on-brand Keep the food display area clean and organized Handle packaged goods only – no cooking, serving open food, or deep food prep Must follow basic hygiene protocol (gloves, handwashing, etc.)
